To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angage’s liability to you is limited to the greater of:

• The amount you paid in the past 12 months, or

• AUD $100

Angage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Angage and its affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your infringement of any third-party rights

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via your dashboard.

Angage may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for convenience, with notice.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes must be filed within 1 year of the event that caused them.

16. Miscellaneous
